WHERE DOES YOUR LEATHER COME FROM?

They come from qualified and certified Italian and Indian tanneries, that have been carefully selected. We are proud of our partners.

HOW CAN I TELL IF A PRODUCT IS MADE WITH GENIUNE LEATHER?

The certification is indicated in the internal parts of the goods with the wording “Genuine Leather”. Likewise, imperfections, little marks on the leather and its distinctive fragrance are evidence of the unique quality of raw materials. Shades and stains due to the daily use enhance the value of the product and aren’t to be considered as a sign of decay, as leather matures  with age.

HOW CAN I UNDERSTAND IF THE PRODUCT IS MADE IN ITALY?

If the product is made in Italy, you will find a fabric Tricolor Flag inside the product and/or the wording MADE IN ITALY/PRODOTTO IN ITALIA; belts have this wording imprint on the inner side.

Of course! We only partner with renowned and certificated tanneries, according to the EU Standards. Our concept definitely complies with the regulations for the protection of workers, environment and customers.

ARE YOUR WALLETS FITTED WITH THE MEMBRANE FOR THE RFID DATA PROTENTION?

They are! All our wallets are provided with this cutting-edge technology. We would like to point out that the membrane only works if the wallet is closed. It protects your documents and credit cards from the common scanning frequencies.

WHAT DOES VEGATABLE TANNED LEATHER MEAN?

It’s an ancient tanning method, one of the most traditional, refined, environment-friendly and recognizable. It imparts highly characteristic and intrinsic properties to leather, like smoothness and refined aesthetic naturalness.

HOW CAN YOU CERTIFY YOUR LEATHER IS VEGETABLE TANNED?

This precious tanning method is certified by a specific extra tag. Nappa, hunter and washed leather undergo different tanning processes, in respect of the environment and social protection regulations.

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF GENUINE LEATHER PRODUCTS?

We recommend to treat the products with neutral wax and to brush gently with a soft cloth. These items are not to be exposed directly to heat or moisture. To prevent leather products from mould or stains, they should be left airing out, even if they haven’t been used at all. To store your leather products, you had better wrap them in cleaned tissue paper and in the original box. Remember to keep away from metals, source of heat and direct light.

WHAT IS HARMFUL FOR LEATHER PRODUCTS?

Do not expose directly to source of heat, do not iron and do not wash with water. In case of accidental contact with water you can rapidly blot dry on a cloth, but without rubbing.

CAN I PERSONALIZE ALL ITEMS?

Not all hides are suitable for personalization, this is due to their thickness, surface and texture. Therefore, we always specify which item can be personalized, in order to guarantee the best final result and to satisfy the client.

WHAT TO DO IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?

If you received a defective product, you can send a request to service@albi1960.it,with a picture of the product itself and two pictures with enlarged section of the damage to be repaired. Please, remember to specify the order number, your name and surname in the email. You must contact us within 24 hours from the receiving date of your product to claim an item as damaged. Each damage will be evaluated by our experts, who can reserve the right of refund.

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT? ANY HELP?

Of course!

Send a request to service@albi1960.it, with a picture of the product itself in order to show that any damage has been caused to it, then explain why you want to return it. All items must be returned in perfect condition, with all original parts (even the protective packaging and other extra labels) and packaging, otherwise we won’t be able to refund you. We will book a courier for you, so that you won’t have to pay for the return. Please, specify your order number, name and surname. We will contact you as soon as possible to explain you how to ship the item. Your refund will be proceeded to your original form of payment.
