Shipping cost is clearly indicated during the check-out process. 

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (except festive and pre-festive days) before 11.00 a.m. When the order is placed after 11.00 a.m. it may not be shipped on the same day, but will be dispatched the following non-festive day. If you choose to pay your order by Bank Transfer, your order will be shipped after we receive the payment confirmation. Our shipping times may vary during the high season and festive periods. As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email to confirm that it is on its way. This will include a tracking number, so that you can track the current status of your order.

Transport

To deliver the goods we cooperate with GLS, BRT and DHL (according to the most effective service over different areas). These carriers generally deliver in Italy within 24/48 hours and in Europe within 48/78 hours. Shipping times are indicative and may vary during festive periods or/and on the base of the final destination. In any case, Albi 1960 takes no responsibility for delays caused by the courier service. Shipments are fully covered by insurance in case of loss or theft.

When you receive your order, please pay attention to the following:

- Check the number of parcels corresponds to the number stated on the shipping label

- Ensure that the packaging is fully intact and undamaged, even the tape sealing it

Should you find any tampering and/or breakages to the parcels, you shall immediately challenge the shipment and/or the delivery by writing on the courier delivery slip the words “SUBJECT TO CONTROL COMMODITY” (Add your motivations, as well)

Then you must report any damage no later than 7 days from receipt of goods to the email box (CUSTOMER CARE)

IMPORTANT: To facilitate a fast and safe delivery make sure that the dispatch address is correct and that there are all elements necessary to identify the exact delivery address (first/last name on the intercom, number the scale or internal). Besides, remember to specify the telephone number in case the courier should contact you. www.albi1960.it by Albi 1960 is not responsible for any delay and/or non-delivery caused by incomplete or inadequately provided addresses when ordering. Delays will not give any right to the purchaser to request damages of any kind. However, we remain at your entire disposal to resolve any complaint to the courier. 

WITHDRAWAL 

In accordance with Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and its following modifications, you have the right to cancel your purchase contract for any reason. To exercise that right, you shall give written notice to www.albi1960.it by Albi 1960, declaring to make use of the right of withdrawal and indicating whether it is partial or total (in case of purchase of several articles), and ask for a refund or exchange of goods with another item. This communication must be sent within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of goods and you must get the return receipt by email within 48 hours. The communication of withdrawal is exclusively carried out through the RMA procedure. You can find the form below. You should fill it in all its parts and send it to service@albi1960.it

Shipment expenses relative to the return of goods will be charged to the Client. The product must be returned to the following address: Via Adua, 54, 21040 Vedano Olona VA, and it must be returned in the same conditions it was received, including all its components (packaging, internal seals, labels and any documentation and accessory supplied). Failing the above, Albi 1960 hereby reserves the right to charge a penalty, from 60% to 80% of the value of the product. The right of withdrawal expires completely in the following cases:

Purchase of products for company use and/or professional use (………..)

Purchased products have been worn and/or washed, or they have been returned without labels or original packages

Any purchased product that has been returned without its original conditions, accessories and equipment (for example a damaged label or even a simple breakage on the package)

Any purchased product whose integrity has not been preserved, or has not been returned in its original package, including all its parts (packaging, possible documentation and accessory supplied; internal and external cards etc.). In order to limit damages to the original packaging, we recommend putting it in a second box and sealing it carefully. Under no circumstances should stickers or adhesive tapes be directly applied to the original packaging of the product.

Any purchased product that shows the slightest sign of use, alteration, breakage, tampering, abrasion or simple breaking of the seal.

Any purchased product that shows any damage, not caused by the shipment.

Refunds

www.albi1960.it by ALBI 1960 will refund the cost of the product, pursuant to the Right of Withdrawal, within 14 calendar days upon receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued on your Credit Card, if the original payment was made by Credit Card and by Bank Transfer in all other cases. The cost of transport, even if free for expenses exceeding 35 euros, will be deducted from the total and calculated at the time, but never more than 10.00 euros.

How to request a return.

The intention or the necessity to ask for a return shall be notified by written communication to www.albi1960.it by ALBI 1960, in any case. In order to speed up requests processing, it is recommended submitting the “Return Request” form at the end of this page. In a very short time you will receive an email accepting or rejecting your request together with, depending on the case, clear instructions to return. Unauthorized returns by www.albi1960.it by ALBI 1960 in writing will not be accepted. 

Necessary requirements to get an Exchange or Refund

All returned products (except for warranty replacement) must preserve the same original conditions at the moment of the purchase, in other words they must be ready for a new purchase. All seals, labels, tags, boxes and original packages must be intact. Failing the above, the product will be considered “used” and shipped back to the Customer with addition of related shipping expenses, otherwise it will be kept with a penalty that varies from 60% to 80% of the purchase value, depending on the conditions of the returned product.

Namely, we want to outline the return policy as follows:

Accessories:
The product must be returned in all its parts, including labels and intact box. Products packaged in plastic blister must be intact, it must not be opened, and all supplied elements must be returned intact as well, such as accessories, cables, instructions, documents and various parts, if any.

Returns that are dispatched with shipping costs paid by www.albi1960.it by ALBI 1960 must be entrusted to courier charge, specified in our Return Authorization document. All returns that are shipped by a different courier will be automatically rejected and sent back to the Customer.
